Glacial rock dust provides an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron in each scoop. After transplanting our rooted clones into bigger pots, we add just a sprinkle of this glacial rock dust to our grow medium. This is more than enough to give our MJ plants a natural nutrient boost that helps them flourish with frost. Immediately, this booster encourages root growth and development. Over time, more nutrients are slowly released from the glacial rock dust, meaning they are gradually used throughout the entirety of the grow cycle for each plant. Frosty!
Beyond the organic minerals and nutrients, glacial rock dust has even more benefits for the quality of our coco coir grow medium. It can help improve the water-holding of our coco, making it easier for our plants to drink as much water as they want. Glacial rock dust also increases the phosphorous available to the plants. It can even help improve the general structure and drainage in our grow medium. Across the board, glacial rock dust does a lot to improve plant health, bud development, and ultimately frosty flower yields.
When transplanting from clone to bigger pots, just a sprinkle of rock dust is all that's needed.
As for the full grow cycle from seed or bulb to flower bloom harvest:
VEG: As soon as I put the clones into their 1 Gallon 'VEG POTS', I start adding Gaia Green All Purpose. I will add 1 Tablespoon to 1 Gallon pots every 3 weeks (If you veg for 6 weeks, you add 2 Tablespoons total). Every time you top dress with Gaia Green, I also add 1 Cup of Worm Castings (Important for Microbes!!!).
FLOWER: On Transplant Day: DAY 1 FLOWER, I Top Dress with 2 Tablespoons per Gallon of Gaia Bloom and 1 Cup of Worm Casting. Since I am using 5-6 Gallons of Media in my flower pots, I add 5 Tablespoons of Gaia Bloom.
